Naturkraftwerke Grape Seed Powder Demeter (250g)

Flour made from native, gently dried grape pomace after pressing Zweigelt red wine. The grapes for Naturkraftwerke grape seed flour come from Austrian Demeter cultivation and a fair friendship network. After pressing the red wine, the whole pomace is gently dried in a condensation dryer at temperatures below 42 °C and then cold-milled. The fine grape seed powder is optimally protected from oxidation and contamination in high-quality brown glass. It is a native product from winemaking, not a waste (press cake) from oil extraction as is usual. Contains twice as much OPC as waste products. Resveratrol is only found in the fruit skins. High-quality and stable fatty acids. Exceptionally high fiber content. Finely ground. From a fair friendship network. Protected from oxidation and contamination in high-quality glass. Grape seeds with a proportion of grape skins are excellent for health-conscious and culinary everyday cooking, can be incorporated into baked goods and doughs of all kinds, ideal as an addition to breakfast muesli or as a component in sauces. It is recommended to combine with Naturkraftwerke rosehip powder. Grape seed flour can be integrated into many dishes as a refreshing special note.

Application

One tablespoon daily added to cold and warm dishes and baked goods. Tip: 5-10% added to baked goods and doughs of all kinds such as bread, pasta, pizza dough, chapatis, cakes, waffles. Suitable for breading tofu, fish, and meat. Ideal for sauces and stews. Can be used pure in low-fat quark, yogurt, muesli, etc.
