Nasaline salt 50 pieces is a special product for nasal care and respiratory hygiene. The salt crystals are recommended for use in the Nasaline nasal douche to gently cleanse and moisturise the nasal mucous membranes. The natural salt crystals are made from high-quality sea salt and help to alleviate respiratory problems such as dry nasal mucous membranes, colds or allergies:
Open the nasal douche and fill the container with lukewarm water.
Add a Nasaline salt stick to the water and stir until the salt has completely dissolved.
Attach the nasal douche and gently rinse one nostril by letting the liquid flow out through the nose.
Repeat the process for the other nostril.
Rinsing the nose with salt water can help to moisturise the nasal mucous membranes and remove foreign bodies, dirt particles or secretions, making it easier to breathe. Ideal for dry nose, allergic complaints or for gentle cleansing of the airways.
