Composition of CLA: CLA Cis9 (Trans11 isomer): 38.9 %; CLA Trans10 (Trans12 isomer): 37.9 %; Total active CLA isomers: 76.8 %. Specialities: Free from sugar, salt, yeast, wheat, gluten, maize, soya, milk, egg and preservatives. Directions: Take 2 softgels 1 to 3 times a day with meals.
