Multi-Gyn vaginal douche, in combination with Multi-Gyn effervescent tablets, ensures that you feel fresh and clean in your daily life, even with increased discharge, during your period, in case of an infection, when vaginal odor becomes noticeable, or after intercourse. To prepare a vaginal douche solution, dissolve one effervescent tablet in the Multi-Gyn vaginal douche bottle.

For normal hygiene: Perform a vaginal douche with one Multi-Gyn effervescent tablet per week and after each unprotected intercourse. In case of vaginal odor or increased discharge (without infection): Perform a vaginal douche in the morning and evening (especially after each unprotected intercourse) until improvement occurs. After the vaginal douche, Multi-Gyn ActiGel should be applied.

For susceptibility to vaginal infections: Perform a vaginal douche every other day and especially after each (protected or unprotected) intercourse, then apply the prebiotic Multi-Gyn FloraPlus or Multi-Gyn ActiGel. In the case of a vaginal infection: Perform a vaginal douche in the morning and evening before applying a local medication.

The frequency of use of the Multi-Gyn vaginal douche depends very much on the individual condition of the vagina, lifestyle, sexual activity, menstruation, etc. Usually, one application of the Multi-Gyn vaginal douche per week is sufficient. Application: - Fill the bottle to the top of the rib with lukewarm water. - Add one effervescent tablet to the bottle. (Multi-Gyn effervescent tablets) - Screw the applicator onto the bottle and wait until the effervescent tablet has completely dissolved. - Carefully insert the applicator into the vagina so that it is comfortable for you. Make sure that the shower liquid can flow out unhindered. - Squeeze the bottle gently but fully once to clean the vagina. The bottle does not need to be emptied completely. - After use, rinse the bottle and applicator briefly with clean, warm water.
