This wellness drink contains bioavailable bivalent iron, magnesium, calcium, and vitamins. Magnesium and calcium are essential components of bones and teeth. Iron is necessary for blood formation and the transport of oxygen to tissues for energy production. B vitamins are required for blood formation. Folic acid is necessary for blood formation and the development of the neural tube in the unborn child.
Recommended daily amount: 25 ml. Take 3 tablespoons (25 ml) of concentrate daily, either undiluted or diluted with water, tea, or fruit juice, or as an addition to food.
