Instructions for use
1. remove the miswak from the packaging and rinse briefly with cold water. 2. Cut or chew off 1-2 cm of the outer rind. Chew on the wood until the fibres soften. 3. gently circle over each tooth, no water or toothpaste necessary. 4. when the flavour wears off, simply cut off the bristles and remove another 1-2 cm of bark. For best results, trim the Miswak every 2-3 days.
