EPA and DHA contribute to the normal function of the heart when at least 250 mg of EPA+DHA are consumed daily. Phytosterols (plant sterols) help maintain normal cholesterol levels in the blood with a daily intake of at least 800 mg. The average daily intake of plant sterols typically ranges from 150 to 400 mg.
Usage: For adults: Swallow 2 softgels per day with a meal. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
