Instructions for use | Open the Maybelline New York Superfluff Eyebrow Mousse and, as a first step, wipe any excess product off the brush. Then gently brush through the brows to fill in any sparse areas and create voluminous eyebrows. For the Superfluff look, as a final step, brush the brows upwards and outwards.
