Instructions for use
Apply your make-up as usual. Finish by using the Tattoo Liner Ink Pen. The Tattoo Liner Ink Pen creates striking eye make-up that lasts all day, is sweat-resistant and won’t smudge or run. For the classic winged look, draw a line along the lash line to the outer corner of the eye. The line should be close to the lash line so that there is no gap. For the wing, extend the line slightly further. The liner is best removed gently with a waterproof make-up remover.
