Mascara Base intensifies the color and effect of the mascara. When applied before mascara, this base multiplies its effect and nourishes the lashes thanks to a formulation enriched with peptides, plant oils, vitamin E, and panthenol. The blue and black color pigments of the mascara enhance the color for a more intense effect and a defined look. For extra volume and perfectly curled lashes. Application: Apply to the lashes as the first step before mascara. The extra fine brush ensures that all lashes are reached, even the smallest ones.
