How to use Marcus Rohrer Spirulina: Gradually increase the number of tablets, for example, take one tablet per day for the first two days, then two tablets per day for the next two days, then three tablets per day, and so on. Take with plenty of water. You can also take your daily portion all at once, for example, at breakfast, or spread throughout the day. Preferably, do not take shortly before bedtime. Spirulina can be used during a diet, pregnancy, and breastfeeding. Children can use Spirulina from birth.
