Application of Marcus Rohrer Spirulina: Gradually increase the number of tablets, for example, take one tablet per day for the first two days, then two tablets per day for the next two days, then three tablets per day, and so on. Take with plenty of water. You can also take the daily portion all at once, for example, at breakfast, or spread it throughout the day. Preferably do not take it shortly before sleeping. Spirulina can be used during a diet, pregnancy, and breastfeeding. Children can use Spirulina from birth.

Tip: Drink plenty of water daily to support internal cleansing. Do not exceed the daily amount. A dietary supplement is not a substitute for a balanced and varied diet, nor for a healthy lifestyle.
