A mechanical, pencil-style liner for twisting out. Its unique formula contains a combination of plant-based waxes for a soft and pleasant application, providing a long-lasting finish that doesn't smudge and lasts up to eight hours. It applies easily and dries quickly to a long-lasting finish. Very versatile. Perfect for lining along the upper and lower lash lines. When applied at a 90-degree angle, it creates a fine, precise line. For a wider line, apply at a flat angle. Available in vibrant colors ranging from shimmering to neon to stunning metallic.
