Application:
Adults and adolescents over 12 years old should take 1 to 2 measuring spoons/portion bags twice daily, and if symptoms are more severe, the same amount a third time. For diarrhea, several measuring spoons/portion bags should be taken over the course of a few hours. A measuring spoon is included with the powder package for accurate dosing. The powder is stirred into half a glass of water, mineral water, or tea and consumed in small sips. It should be taken on an empty stomach in the morning and in the evening before bedtime, as well as if needed, half an hour before or after meals. Luvos Healing Clay ultra-fine should be taken for the duration of the symptoms.
