Instructions for use | Adults and adolescents over the age of 12 take 1-2 teaspoons of Luvos Healing Clay Ultra 1 to several times a day. Luvos Healing Clay Ultra is dissolved in ¼ to ½ glass of cold or warm water (also in mineral water or unsweetened herbal tea, but not in milk or hot drinks) and taken in sips. Luvos Healing Clay Ultra is best taken before a meal or in the evening before going to bed. |
