Instructions for use:

Activate by bending the small plate in the cushion. The hand warmer gives off a temperature between 50 and 60 degrees for approximately 30-45 minutes. To reuse, place in boiling water for 5 minutes and then allow to cool completely.

Product safety:
Suitable for external use only. Do not use on injured or irritated skin. Dispose of immediately if damaged. Do not cut open the cushion. In the event of skin contact with the contents, rinse immediately with clear water and consult a doctor in the event of irritation. Not suitable for microwaving.
