LoFric Origo is a hydrophilic intermittent catheter. It is foldable into a pocket size, discreet, and easy to carry, making it usable anywhere. The adjustable insertion handle allows for touch-free insertion using Non-Touch technology, facilitating safe and hygienic catheterization.
LoFric catheters are coated with the unique Urotonic Surface Technology. This ensures that the catheter remains smooth and secure during both insertion and removal. LoFric catheters are designed to maintain the health of the urethra even with long-term use. No trauma was reported during the 5-9 year observation period when using hydrophilic LoFric catheters.
Immediate activation - sterile saline solution included, just squeeze and it's ready to use. Adhesive tab on the back for secure hanging. Adjustable insertion handle for better grip and control, enabling touch-free insertion using Non-Touch technology. Folds into a handy, discreet pocket size. Can be connected to a urine collection bag or an extension tube. Rounded catheter eyes. Made without PVC, phthalates, or latex.
Available with two different catheter tips: Nelaton - soft rounded tip, Tiemann/Coudé - slightly curved/conical tip. Available for adults, adolescents, and children. Variants / catheter tips Nelaton and Tiemann/Coudé.

Instructions for use | Slowly insert the free tip protruding 5 - 6 cm into the urethra until the urine flows out. As soon as the urine flows out, push the catheter approx. 1 cm further forward. The urine is either collected in an integrated bag or emptied into a container or the toilet. |
