Instructions for use
From the age of 14: Drink the contents of one bottle once a day. - Twist the cap firmly to the right as far as it will go (see arrows on the cap) so that the protective ring on the outside pops open and the nutrient chamber inside the cap opens. The vitamin powder enters the liquid. - Shake the bottle well. - Turn the cap anti-clockwise to open and drink the liquid.
