Instructions for use
According to the instructions, LISTERINE® Nightly Reset should be used twice a day before and after sleep to combat the effects of the day. To do this, pour 15 ml (approx. 3 teaspoons) into a glass, rinse for approx. 60 seconds and then spit out.
