LianGu Hericium Vital Mushroom Capsules contain Hericium erinaceus, which belongs to the family of Russulaceae. It grows in forests with high humidity, and its fruiting body can reach a diameter of up to 25 cm. Its appearance resembles that of a hedgehog or a monkey with facial hair, which is why it is also known as hedgehog mushroom or monkey head mushroom. This mushroom is considered a delicious and highly digestible edible mushroom. In China and Japan, it is valued as therapeutic food.
The vital mushroom Hericium, also known as hedgehog mushroom, pom pom, lion's mane, and monkey head mushroom, contains 32 different aromatic compounds and has a taste reminiscent of chicken and veal.
