LianGu Agaricus ABM mushroom capsules have a positive effect on the immune system. The Brazilian almond mushroom Agaricus subrufescens, also known as Agaricus blazei Murrill (ABM), belongs to the Agaricaceae family, which includes mushrooms related to the common button mushroom, and is both an edible and medicinal mushroom.
The edible and medicinal mushroom Agaricus ABM is also referred to as almond mushroom due to the almond flavor of its fruiting body. It is related to the classic button mushroom. Scientific studies and anecdotal evidence demonstrate a positive impact on the immune system. Like most medicinal mushrooms, Agaricus ABM has adaptogenic properties and supports overall well-being.
It is recommended to take 1 capsule 2 to 3 times daily after meals with plenty of warm drinking liquid.
