Lentinulin Vital Mushroom Extract (Shiitake)

Lentinulin is a dietary supplement containing Lentinula edodes extract (Shiitake) and vitamins C and E. Lentinulin includes an aqueous extract from Lentinula edodes (a cultivated mushroom from China). To produce the extract, at least 10 to 12 times, and sometimes up to 14 times, the amount of dried mushrooms must be used. The mushrooms for the extraction come from certified organic cultivation.
