Reusable mask. The adjustable elastic band ensures a perfect fit. For a warming effect, heat the mask in the microwave, placing it on the turntable, setting it to 500-600 W for a maximum of 10 seconds. Remove the mask from the microwave and, if necessary, heat it again in 5-second intervals until it reaches the desired temperature. Do not exceed 30 seconds. Allow the mask to cool if it is too warm.

For a cooling effect, place the mask in the freezer for 1-2 hours. Ensure that the small beads inside are not frozen hard but remain soft. For a more intense effect, use the gel side; for a lighter effect, place the soft side on the eyes.
