The Drama Liqui-Pencil Eyeliner delivers an ultra-pigmented makeup result in just one stroke. This eyeliner is available in 8 shades with various finishes: matte, metallic, and glittering, with extreme durability of up to 24 hours. The gel formula of this eyeliner pencil glides on as easily as a liquid liner, providing a long-lasting, ultra-pigmented result. With the first application, this gel pencil is rich in color, gliding over the eyelid for an easy application that offers extreme and comfortable hold.
