The successor to Lalique's Encre Noir, this fragrance is a study in white. It is light, spicy, and musky, a citrus and aromatic scent. Notes of bergamot, lemon leaf, white pepper, cardamom, and elemi enhance a hint of violet with a "white" woody drydown.
