Lactase (3300 FCC), per capsule.
Instructions for use
You should individually test which amount of Lactrase is sufficient for you. We recommend starting with 1-2 capsules of Lactrase per 5 g of lactose (see table on page 11). The capsules should be taken immediately before or with food or drink containing lactose. Alternatively, the capsules can also be opened and the contents mixed directly with food or drinks containing lactose. However, do not add to hot food, as the enzymes are sensitive to heat.
