One tablet contains the following amino acids: 94 mg L-Leucine, 84 mg L-Valine, 71 mg L-Isoleucine, 71 mg L-Lysine, 64 mg L-Phenylalanine, 58 mg L-Threonine, 36 mg L-Methionine, 22 mg L-Arginine. Amino Eight is identical to our product Amino Vida, with the only difference being that Amino Eight does not contain L-Tryptophan and has a slightly higher proportion of the other 8 amino acids. For athletes who wish to take more than 16 tablets daily, there could be an excess of this otherwise valuable amino acid with Amino Vida. Therefore, we developed Amino Eight specifically for this customer group.
