Application

1. If the coconut oil has solidified, simply rub the sachet a little to warm the oil (this is normal in cold regions). 2. Open the sachet and take the oil into your mouth. Gently swish for 5 to 10 minutes or until the oil has liquefied. 3. Spit into a tissue and throw it in the trash. Do not spit into the sink or toilet, as it may clog the pipes. 4. For optimal results, repeat once daily for 14 days. If you just want to freshen your breath, feel free to use as needed.
