Instructions for use
Jemalt can be stirred into warm or cold milk, coffee, water, yoghurt or muesli or eaten dry. Children from 1 - 3 years 2 - 3 coffee spoons (10 - 15 g) Children from 4 years and adults 3 - 4 tablespoons (15 - 20 g).
