Product details

40 thinning teeth with fine prism serration for a pleasantly soft feel and precise cutting. Forged and ice-treated quality steel for long-lasting sharpness. Accurate blade shape and VARIO screw for excellent maneuverability. Blade with a flat cutting angle as well as hollow grind and honing for very good sharpness and slicing properties. Long-lasting sharpness achieved through the use of forged quality steel and ice-hardening process at -80 °C for solid hardness. Accurate blade shape thanks to the grinding process and VARIO screw for easy and excellent maneuverability. The VARIO screw can be easily adjusted with a coin. Classic blades with a flat cutting angle for very good sharpness. Well-suited for slicing due to hollow grind and honing.
