40 thinning teeth with the finest prism tooth design for a pleasantly gentle feel and a precise cut.

White Line

Forged and ice-treated quality steel for long-lasting sharpness. Accurate blade shape and VARIO screw for very smooth operation. Blade with a flat cutting angle as well as hollow grind and honing for excellent sharpness and good slicing properties.

Lifespan

Long-lasting sharpness due to the use of forged quality steel and ice-hardening process at -80 °C for solid hardness.

Smoothness

Accurate blade shape thanks to the grinding process and VARIO screw for easy and very smooth operation. The VARIO screw can be easily adjusted with a coin.

Sharpness

Classic blades with a flat cutting angle for excellent sharpness. Well-suited for slicing thanks to the hollow grind and honing.
