40 thinning teeth with fine prism tooth design for a pleasantly soft feel and precise cutting.

White Line

Forged and ice-treated quality steel for long-lasting sharpness. Accurate blade shape and VARIO screw for very good maneuverability. Blade with flat cutting angle as well as hollow grind and honing for excellent sharpness and good slicing properties.

Durability

Long-lasting sharpness due to the use of forged quality steel and ice hardening process at -80 °C for solid hardness.

Maneuverability

Accurate blade shape thanks to the grinding process and VARIO screw for easy and very good maneuverability. The VARIO screw can be easily adjusted with a coin.

Sharpness

Classic blades with a flat cutting angle for excellent sharpness. Well-suited for slicing thanks to the hollow grind and honing.
