Product details

The most common bacteria that cause an infection are Escherichia coli, which can spread from the large intestine and enter the urinary tract through the urethra. In the bladder, E. coli causes inflammation by adhering to the uroepithelium. They attach to the bladder wall and cause inflammation. The active ingredient Cranberry-Active forms a layer around the bacteria. Due to its anti-adhesion properties, the bacteria cannot attach to the bladder walls, thereby treating the infection.
