It is often not possible to consume sufficient iron, as it can only be used by the body to a limited extent from the normal diet. Women in particular often have an increased need for iron.

Recommended consumption

Take 1 capsule daily approx. 2 hours after a meal with sufficient liquid.

Ingredients

Ferrous bisgycinate, bulking agent (microcrystalline cellulose, carboxymethylcellulose), hydroxypropylmethylcellulose (capsule), rosehip extract, anti-caking agents (silicon dioxide, gastric salts of fatty acids), colorant (E171).

Allergens

May contain traces of gluten, egg, soy and milk.
