Hylo-Comod contains hyaluronic acid, a natural substance found in the eye as well as in other parts of the body. It has the unique physical property of forming a uniform, stable, and long-lasting film on the surface of the eye, without being quickly washed away or impairing vision. This provides long-lasting protection for the eye against feelings of dryness and irritation, which can occur, for example, in contact lens wearers. Wearing hard or soft contact lenses becomes more comfortable with the use of Hylo-Comod, without the formation of crusts or deposits. Due to its preservative-free formulation, it is particularly well tolerated.
