The Conform 2 CeraPlus Convex Soft Plate is a medical product designed for use with Conform 2 bags for colostomy, ileostomy, and urostomy. The plate features a square anatomical design with rounded corners, ensuring maximum flexibility and adaptability to body contours, which enhances comfort and adhesion while reducing the risk of infiltration.

It is made from CeraPlus hydrocolloid, enriched with Remois technology and containing ceramides. Ceramide is a natural component of the skin that helps prevent the loss of transepidermal water, which can lead to dryness and skin damage. CeraPlus is designed to protect the skin's natural moisture barrier and keep the peristomal skin healthy from day one.

• Soft convex profile with a flexible insert, approximately 6 mm deep, atraumatic, with an anatomically shaped design for pressure equalization across the affected area.
• The adhesive edge provides the patient with greater security and confidence, especially in skin folds and variable topography. The application is simple and requires no additional products. A thinner adhesive at the edges prevents lifting due to moisture and movement.
• Self-supporting protective barrier with varying thickness, extremely flexible, with decreasing thickness from the center to the edges.
• Clear protective film with a tab and clip guide to facilitate hydrocolloid inspection, preparation, and application.
• The floating flange (patented by Hollister Incorporated) with the CenterPoint Lock coupling mechanism allows for atraumatic application without pressure on the abdomen, making the ultra-thin bag-plate system less rigid and more comfortable while allowing maximum freedom of movement. A "click" confirms the closure of the coupling mechanism and guarantees absolute security.
