People have known for more than 3000 years that warmth is good for you. Heat is a form of energy that liberates and reorganizes, relieves cramps, and allows congested blockages to flow again.

Heat application: warm the grape seed cushions in the oven or on the tiled stove.

Oven: at 80-90° for about 10-12 minutes. In a microwave oven at medium heat for 1 minute. Always test the heat on babies and small children. Move the pillow around. If the inner cores are too warm, allow to cool slightly. This applies in particular when using a microwave oven. The heat should always be perceived as pleasant. Never overheat.
