Heat application:
Heat in the oven at 90° C for about 10 minutes and apply to the affected areas of the body. Please always test the temperature.
Cold application:
Place in the freezer for about 20 minutes and apply. Cold can calm painfully pulsating blood, constrict blood vessels and is ideal for sports injuries, minor burns, bruises and wherever cold is beneficial. Always seek medical advice for serious injuries. Protect from overheating and moisture.
