Product details

Bertam is a popular plant according to Hildegard of Bingen, containing many essential oils and consisting of one-third inulin. Together with black pepper and ginger, this creates the Bertam mixture according to Hildegard of Bingen. According to her teachings, it reduces the "bad humors" in the legs. Three times a day, a pinch (equivalent to one capsule) should be taken shortly before meals, as suggested by Hildegard of Bingen. A glass of parsley-honey drink is recommended, but a sip of water can also be used.
