FIRST USE: Sterilise your LOOP Cup before first use by soaking it in boiling water in a clean bowl for five minutes. DURING YOUR CYCLE: You only need to rinse your LOOP Cup with water between uses. AFTER EACH CYCLE: Sterilise your LOOP Cup by soaking it in boiling water in a clean bowl for five minutes. Dry it with a clean towel and store it in its storage bag in a dry place. As HEVEA products are made from natural materials, they should not be stored in direct sunlight. GIVE YOURSELF TIME - PRACTICE MAKES PERFECT! Using a menstrual cup for the first time can be intimidating! Thanks to the softness of natural rubber, you should barely feel your cup when you insert it correctly. If it feels uncomfortable, try twisting or adjusting it slightly, or remove it and try different folding techniques. And don't forget: moistening with water also helps!
