Usage:
Microwave heating: it is recommended to heat the cushion slowly at 600 watts for 60 seconds. Repeat this process for 20 seconds as needed until the desired temperature is reached. In the oven: heat at approximately 120°C for about 2 minutes. In the freezer: at least 60 minutes.
