Heating in the microwave: It is recommended to heat the cushion slowly at 600 watts for 60 seconds. If necessary, repeat this process for 20 seconds until the desired temperature is reached. In the oven: heat at approx. 120°C for approx. 2 minutes. In the freezer: at least 60 min.
