The base material of the Hercules Sägemann natural rubber combs is high-quality natural rubber, which is transformed into a single material - ebonite - through vulcanization. Unlike conventional plastics, ebonite can be shaped through grinding and polishing. This results in a Hercules Sägemann natural rubber comb that meets all the demands of the discerning hairdresser, crafted through 36 manual steps.
