The base material of the Hercules Sägemann natural rubber combs is high-quality natural rubber, which is transformed into a single material through vulcanization - ebonite. Unlike conventional plastics, ebonite can be processed by grinding and polishing. This results in a Hercules Sägemann natural rubber comb that perfectly meets the demands of the discerning hairstylist through 36 manual steps.
