6 hours of heat duration, activated by air. 100% natural ingredients, ready to use immediately, odorless. Suitable as a replacement heat pad for all YETI insoles from THE HEAT company. After a few minutes, place the already well-heated foot warmer into the insertion slot of your HEAT insole. Alternatively, you can use the heat pads in your shoe under the arch of the midfoot. When used correctly in the shoe, the foot warmer maintains an average temperature of about 38°C. Dispose of in regular waste after use.
