The underwear, combined with the MoliCare® X-Change Pads, can absorb up to 30 teaspoons (approximately 149 ml) of urine, providing a secure feeling in everyday life. Its seamless and discreet design makes it nearly invisible under clothing, offering maximum discretion. The MoliCare® X-Change Pads are easy to insert into the hidden pocket and can be simply replaced as needed. They also ensure reliable odor control. The incontinence underwear can be hygienically washed at 60°C after removing the X-Change Pad and is also suitable for tumble drying. As the pants are reusable, they generate 78% less plastic waste compared to traditional disposable products. Made from soft, skin-friendly materials, the pants do not contain silver chloride or other biocides that could affect the vaginal flora. Developed in Germany, it combines functionality and comfort. The package includes women's incontinence underwear in size M or L, along with five MoliCare® X-Change Pads. Size M corresponds to EU size 36/38, and size L corresponds to EU size 40/42.
