How to use the Gymform Total Abs? Place the device's pads fully on the skin after removing the protective film. If the film is still on the pads or the pads are not fully attached to the skin, the system will not start. After that, you can select the desired program using the Mode button. You can choose between 10 intensity levels by pressing the +/- button. When you have finished your workout, press the -/0 button to turn off the system. Be sure to reattach the film to the pads before the next use.
