Waterproof color brings brightness to the eyes, even in extreme conditions. An easy-to-use pencil with a retractable end that features a creamy texture. Comes with its own pencil sharpener. Smudge-proof.

Active ingredients include a combination of mineral waxes and silicone that provide an ideal, comfortable glide-on texture. A high concentration of pigments creates smooth, intense, and deep colors. Silicone resin and an acrylate copolymer combined in a water-free formula ensure this product is long-wearing and waterproof.
