Geek & Gorgeous Cheer Up is a medium strength liquid exfoliator with 6% mandelic acid and 1% salicylic acid that is ideal for combination skin care by cleansing and balancing the complexion. The powerful combination of almond and salicylic acid acts both on the surface of the skin and inside the pores to remove dead skin cells. At the same time, the formula protects the skin thanks to its antibacterial and anti-inflammatory properties. In addition, sarcosine, an amino acid derivative, helps to minimise enlarged pores and reduce excessive sebum production. The light, fast-absorbing formula cleanses the skin gently but effectively without drying it out. Used regularly, the peeling combats several typical problems of combination skin, such as enlarged pores, excessive sebum production, blackheads, acne and acne scars. Cheer Up has a pH value of 3.2-3.6 and is suitable for combination skin, oily skin and sensitive skin. Instructions for use | After cleansing, apply to the face with a cotton pad or your hands and gently pat in. Avoid the eye area. Allow to absorb and then use serums and moisturisers. Depending on skin tolerance, Cheer Up can be applied every other day to twice a day. For most skin types, one application per day is ideal. Important: Mandelic acid can make the skin more sensitive to the sun. Apply a sunscreen with a high sun protection factor in the morning. The product contains salicylic acid (BHA). Do not use if you are hypersensitive (allergic) to aspirin. |
