Instructions for use
Shake the Garnier Eye Make-up Remover 2in1 Waterproof vigorously before use. This allows the two phases to combine thoroughly and develop their full effect. Then soak a cotton pad with the cleansing fluid, place it briefly on the eyelid and then gently sweep from the inside to the outside. Repeat the process until the make-up is completely removed.
